摘  要:目的了解手术室护士的离职意愿并探讨其影响因素。方法采用便利抽样的方法抽取哈尔滨市4所三级甲等教学医院221名手术室护士,采用离职意愿量表、护士工作满意度量表、工作能力指数法及基本情况调查表进行测量。结果本组手术室护士离职意愿总均分为(2.03±0.60)分,多因素Logistic逐步回归分析显示工作年限、福利待遇、排班、家庭—工作平衡是手术室护士离职意愿的独立影响因素(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论手术室护士的离职意愿介乎于较高和较低之间,低于文献报道的结果;工作年限、福利待遇、排班、家庭—工作平衡是影响离职意愿的因素。护理管理者应根据护士的不同特点给予积极关注,以降低护士的离职意愿。Objective To understand operating room (OR) nurses' turnover intention and to explore its influencing factors. Methods A total of 221 OR nurses from four Class III Grade I hospitals in Harbin were surveyed with Turnover Intention Questionnaire, Work Ability Index, McCloskey/Mueller Satisfaction Scale and a basic demographic form. Results The total average score of turnover intention of OR nurses was (2.03±0.60). Multivariate Logistic regression analysis turned out that length of service, welfare and status, shift arrangement and work-family balance were the independent influencing factors of turnover intention (P〈0.01 or P〈0.05). Conclusion The OR nurses' turnover intention is moderate and variables which is influenced by length of service, welfare and status, shift arrangement and work-family balance. More attention should be paid to the shortcomings of turnover intention in order to decrease the OR nurses' turnover intention.
