摘　　要：文章针对河南平顶山盐田的开采现状和存在的问题,提出了统一矿产权证和集中开采的建议,并对这一方案的实施提出具体的措施。Accordint to the status and existed problems during the salt field mining process in Pingdingshan in Henan,suggestions including unification certificate of title and concentrated mining are given.Measures to how to carry out the solutions are put forwards.
