摘　　要：高校旅游管理专业导游方向在注重理论教学的同时,必须加强实践教学。现阶段,我国高校旅游管理专业导游方向实践教学存在一些问题,针对这类问题,高校可以构建"四三二一"的实践教学模式,即"实践教学分为四步走、重点培养学生三种能力、实践教学按照‘学习——实践——再学习——再实践’的两种形式循环、把外语学习这条线贯穿实践教学始终",对高校旅游管理专业导游方向实践教学具有一定的指导意义。The tour guide direction of tourism management in colleges, not only focuses on theory teaching, but also pays more attention to practice teaching. The current situation of tour guide direction of tourism manage- ment has some problems, Based on these, colleges can construct ＂4321＂ practice teaching mode, that is ＂Practice teaching is divided into four steps, Focus on cultivating students＇three abilities, Practice teaching cycle according to the form of Learn - Practice - Study again - Practice again, The line of learning foreign language must be throughout the whole process＂, this mode has certain significance for practice teaching in tour guide direction of tourism management.
