摘 要:以丙烯腈、甲基丙烯酸甲酯和丙烯酸甲酯为主要的聚合单体,通过添加一定量的第三单体甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA),利用原位聚合法合成了发泡性能优良、应用更加广泛的物理发泡微胶囊;探讨了甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯加入量、单体配比及种类、交联剂种类对微胶囊发泡性能的影响;同时对微胶囊的耐溶剂性能做了测试。通过比较得出:当GMA添加量为油相质量的7.9%、丙烯腈与甲基丙烯酸甲酯质量比在8∶1时,可得到高温使用的发泡良好的微胶囊产品;对于三种不同的交联剂的使用发现,三官能度交联剂能制备得到发泡性能最优的发泡微球。同时由耐溶剂性能测试发现,制得的发泡微胶囊对二甲苯、异丙醇、丙酮及环己烷溶剂有很好的抗性。In this paper, acrylonitrile, methyl methacrylate, methyl acrylate were used as the polymer- ization of monomers to synthetize physical foaming microspheres with good expansion characteristics and exten- sive application by in-situ polymerization method while certain amount of glycidyl methacrylate (GMA) was added as the third monomer. The influence of GMA amount, monomer ratio and species, cross-linker species and solvent resistance performance were discussed by comparing the expansion properties of the expandable microspheres. When the additive amount of GMA was as 7.9% of the oil phase guality, the ratio of acryloni- trile and methyl methacrylate was 8 : 1, physical foaming microspheres which met the requirement of well foaming was produced. And by the comparison of the three cross-linkers, the trimethylolpropane of three methylacrylic acid ester was the best to improve the microsphere. The test of solvent resistance showed that the foaming microspheres can resist xylene, isopropyl alcohol, acetone and cyclohexane well.
