摘　　要：论述了拟实制造技术的内涵，提出了客车拟实制造系统的构成，分析了客车、拟实制造的硬件、软件组成、全生命周期的活动评价工具、拟实制造系统与真实制造系统的关系，用实例分析了系统的设计过程。The meaning of virtual manufacturing technology and the structure of virtual manufacturing system(VMS) for bus are described in this paper. The constitution of hardware and software of VMS for bus, the evaluation tools of life cycle activities and the relation betWeen VMS and real manufacturing system are discussed. The design procedures of the system are presented through the examples.
