超选择性颈内动脉灌注ACNU治疗颅内恶性肿瘤的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨超选择性颈内动脉灌注盐酸嘧啶亚硝脲(ACNU)治疗颅内恶性肿瘤21例的临床效果。方法选取2005年3月～2010年4月于本院确诊治疗的42例颅内恶性肿瘤患者为研究对象,将其随机分为治疗组(超选择性灌注组)和对照组(常规灌注组),每组21例,治疗16周后比较分析两组患者的临床疗效。结果治疗组的有效率为71.43%,而对照组有效率为42.86%,治疗组的有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用超选择性颈内动脉灌注ACNU治疗颅内恶性肿瘤的临床疗效较常规灌注好,值得在此类疾病的治疗中推广。Objective To investigate the clinical therapcutic effects of superselective intra-artenal mfusion of ACNU on 21 cases of intracranial malignant tumor. Methods 42 patients who were diagnosed as intracranial malignant tumor from March 2005; to April 2007 were selected and divided randomly into treatment group （supcrselective intra-artenal infusion group） and control group （conventional infusion group）, 21 patients in each group The therapeatic effects were analyzed and compared between the two grouns. Results The effective rate in the treatment group was 71 43% ,while it was 42.86% in the control group. The treatment group hdd a signiificantly higher effective rate than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical therapeutic effect of supetselective intra-arterial infusion of ACNU on intracranial malignant tumor was much better than conventional mfusion This superselective intra-artcrial infusion way was worth generalizng in the treatment of this kind of disease.
