福莫司汀化疗联合立体定向放射治疗脑胶质瘤的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨福莫司汀化疗联合立体定向放射治疗脑胶质瘤的临床疗效。方法选取2005年2月～2011年10月入本院治疗的72例脑恶性胶质瘤术后患者为研究对象,将其随机分为实验组(福莫司汀化疗联合立体定向放射治疗组)和对照组(单立体定向放射治疗组),每组36例,治疗结束后通过比较两组的治疗有效率和1年、2年及3年生存率评价临床疗效。结果实验组治疗总有效率为72.22%,明显高于对照组,38.89%,P<0.05;实验组患者1年、2年及3年的生存率分别为77.78%、44.44%、19.44%,均明显高于对应时间点对照组患者的58.33%、27.78%、8.33%,P<0.05。结论福莫司汀化疗联合立体定向放射治疗脑胶质瘤的临床疗效较单用立体定向放射治疗好,值得在临床推广。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of chemotherapy with fotemustine and stereotactic ra- diotherapy on the treatment of cerebral glioma. Methods 72 patients with cerebral glioma who were admitted in our hospital from February 2005 to October 2011 were selected and randomly divided into experimental group which was treated with fotemustine chemotherapy and stereotactic radiotherapy, and control group which was treated with simplex stereotactic radiotherapy, There were 36 cases in each group. The therapeutic effects were evaluated by calculating and comparing the therapeutic effective rates and 1-, 2- and 3-year survival rates after treatment between the two groups. Results The therapeutic effective rates of experimental group was 72.22 %, which was significantly higher than the control group（38.89%, P〈0.05）. The 1-, 2- and 3-year survival rates after treatment of experimental were 77.78%, 44.44%, 19.44% respectively, which were accordingly higher than those of the control group （58.33 %, 27.78 %, 8.33 %, P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The fotemustine chemotherapy combined with stereotactic radiotherapy had much better therapeutic effects on the treatment of cerebral glioma than simplex stereotactic radiotherapy, and it is worthy of further research in clinic.
