油气资源型城市循环经济评价体系生成的可拓方法研究

摘　　要：采用可拓学方法研究了油气资源型城市循环经济评价指标体系的有效生成问题。通过可拓学中基元和发散理论构建了评价体系的第一层指标,再通过共轭理论建立了第二层指标,初步形成了初始评价指标体系;然后通过适当的思维转换构建了具有收敛性质的关联函数,最终生成了油气资源型城市的核心评价指标体系。The problem of the effective generation of oil and gas resources city＇ s circular economy evaluation index system was studied by using the idea of Extension theory. First, we constructed the first layer of evaluation system by using the basic-element and divergence theories of Extenics. After that, we built the second layer of evaluation system through the theories of conjugate from the Extenics. Then through appropriate paradigm shift established correlation function with convergence. Finally, the core oil and gas resources city＇ s evaluation index system was constructed.
