摘  要:文章采用自主开发的全三维计算程序对总压比18的四级轴流一级离心的组合压气机进行了计算分析。研究得出的结论为:全三维计算结果和商用软件对比,堵点流量基本一致,但计算出来的总压比和绝热效率的最大值偏低,会导致计算裕度偏低。在多级轴流压气机的计算能力上,全三维计算和商用软件基本相当,但在轴流/离心组合压气机的计算上偏差较大。The self-developed full 3D calculation program,MAP(Multi-block Aerodynamic Prediction code) is a part of turbo-shaft engine compressor design system.A compressor combined of four axial stages and one centrifugal stage and with total pressure ratio 18.0 is introduced to validate the calculation ability of MAP.The validation program includes:computing full 3D characteristics of axial stages and axial-centrifugal stage;comparing MAP s results with commercial software's results; and computing axial-centrifugal stage characteristics under varying tip clearances.The result shows that:MAP could get high quality calculation grid automatically.And in comparison with commercial software,chock mass flow calculated by MAP agree well with it,but the maximums of total pressure ratio and absolute efficiency are tower than it,which leads to a lower calculation surge margin.In addition,MAP almost has the same ability to calculate multi-axial stages compressor as commercial software.Moreover,tip clearance has a great influence on performance prediction for MAP.Therefore,this value should be given very carefully.
