摘　　要：阐述了民营钢铁企业淮钢，通过自主创新、采用节能前沿技术、发展循环经济、创新节能管理机制、构建节能文化体系，推动低碳经济发展，创建生态文明的成功实践。This paper described Huaigang, which is a private steel enterprise, promoted the development of a low carbon economy and created the successful practice of the ecological civilization, through independent innovation, adopting the advanced energy saving technology, developing circular economy, innovating and building of management mechanism and culture system for energy saving.
