摘  要:目的:探讨颞侧反眉状隧道小切口非超声乳化在抗青光眼术后白内障囊外摘除术联合人工晶状体植入术的疗效。方法:对抗青光眼小梁切除术后57例(65眼)白内障患者,采用颞侧反眉状隧道小切口非超声乳化行白内障囊外摘除联合人工晶状体植入术,观察术后视力、并发症、眼压、滤过泡等进行分析。结果:术后7d视力(含矫正视力)小于0.3者11眼(16.92%),0.3~0.5者43眼(66.15%),0.5以上者11眼(16.92%);在并发症中,发生角膜水肿13眼(20.00%),虹膜损伤14眼(21.54%),后囊破裂3眼(4.62%);所有病例眼压均控制在正常范围,滤过泡均能有效保留。结论:颞侧反眉状隧道小切口白内障囊外摘除术联合人工晶状体植入术是治疗抗青光眼小梁切除术后白内障患者的有效方法。Objective:To investigate the curative effect of minimal temporal tunnel incision non-phac- oemulsification in extracapsular cataract extraction combined with intraocular lens implantation following anti-glaucoma surgery. Methods:57 cases of cataract patients (65 eyes) performed trabeculectomy were conducted minimal temporal tunnel incision nonhacoemulsification in extracapsular cataract extraction combined with intraocular lens implantation. The the patients postoperative visions, intraocular pressure (IOP) of complications and filtering blebs were analyzed. Results: 7 days after surgeries, there are 11 eyes whose visions (including the corrected visions ) were less than 0.3 (16.92%), 43 eyes whose visions were between 0.3 and 0.5 (66.15%), and 11 eyes exceeded 0. 5 (16. 92%). As for the complications happened, 13 eyes were with corneal edema (20.00%), 14 eyes with iris injuries (21.54%), 3 eyes with posterior capsule rupture (4. 62%), the IOP of all eyes was controlled in the normal range and the filtering blebs could be retained effectively. Conclusion:The minimal temporal tunnel incision in extracapsular cataract extraction combined with intraocular lens implantation is the effective way to treat glaucoma patients following trabeculectomy.
