摘　　要：商检错误会导致异常费用的增加,通过实施六西格玛管理DMAIC模型可以降低商检异常率,节省成本,提高顾客满意度。文章首先对商检问题进行定义,明确项目的改进范围和改进目标;其次收集商检异常的数据资料并分类,分析影响商检异常的关键因子并加以改进;通过双比率检验法验证改善措施是否合理,最后对项目改进的成果进行标准化,维护改善结果。Due to the increasing cost of abnormal commodity inspection, six sigma define-measure-ana- lyze-improve-control（DMAIC） model for process management is implemented to reduce the abnormity rate of commodity inspection, decrease the cost and improve the customer satisfaction. First the prob- lems in this respect are defined to present the improvement scope and objectives of the project. Second the abnormal data are collected and classified and the key factors affecting the abnormality of commod- ity inspection are found out and improved based on the collected data. The double ratio inspection method is used to check whether these improvement measures are reasonable. Finally the process is standardized to maintenance the imDroved results_
