摘  要:以R5踏板摩托车为基础,构建了前轮轮毂电机驱动、后轮汽油机驱动的混联式混合动力摩托车研究平台。提出动力负荷为第一要素,车速为第二要素的动力切换控制策略,开发了由LPC935单片机、电子节气门、无刷直流电机驱动单元等构成的控制系统。根据油门控制手柄位置信号、车速信号和电子节气门位置信号控制系统实现两种动力的自动切换。试验证明,该混合动力摩托车动力切换平稳,减少燃油消耗和尾气排放的效果明显,具有一定的推广应用价值。Based on R5 scooter,the paper builds a research platform for hybrid power motorcycle whose front wheel is drove by motor,and rear wheel by gasoline engine.Taking power load as the first element,and speed as the second element,the power switching control strategy is proposed.The control system is developed,which consists of LPC935 microcontroller,electronic throttle,brushless DC motor drive unit and so on.Automatic switchover between two powers can be realized by throttle control lever position signal,speed singal and electronic throttle position signal.The tests show that the motorcycle has the advantages of smooth power switchover,good effect in reducing fuel consumption and exhaust emission,and which has a certain promotion application value.
