摘　　要：目的探讨术中实时B超等体积切除幕上脑胶质瘤的方法和效果。方法回顾性总结2006年1月至2010年12月完成的42例B超引导下幕上脑胶质瘤等体积切除患者的临床资料,对术式的优点和注意事项进行分析。结果术后影像复查显示:肿瘤等体积切除38例,次全切除4例。术后运动功能障碍加重3例,语言功能障碍加重2例,运动功能障碍伴语言功能障碍3例。3个月后恢复均较术前好转,无手术死亡。结论应用术中实时超声可对大脑半球不同部位的胶质瘤行影像学等体积切除。Objective To investigate the operative method and effect of volumetric resection of supratentorial gliomas by ultrasound.Methods The clinical datas of 42 patients underwent ultrasound-guided volumetric resection from Janary 2006 to December 2010 were analyzed retrospectively.The advantages and cautions for application of the operation protocol were analyzed.Results According to early postoperative MRI imaging,volumetic resection was achieved in 38 cases,and subtotal resection was in 4 cases.Postoperatively,motor disturbance in 3 cases,aphasis in 2 cases,motor disturbance combined with aphasis in 3 cases,and got better that of the level before the operation after three months,no death caused by operation.Conclusion Most of the glioma located in the cerebral hemisphere can be volumetricly resected by ultrasound.
