摘  要:目的:研究超微粉碎技术与传统提取方法对丹参提取物质量的影响。方法:以重金属、有害元素及丹参酮ⅡA、丹酚酸B为指标,用药典方法及HPLC法进行分析测定,以比较丹参饮片、粗粉、细粉及超微粉对重金属、有害元素及丹参酮ⅡA、丹酚酸B含量的影响。结果:丹参超微粉碎对成分提取率明显高于饮片及粗粉,而重金属及有害元素符合药典规定。结论:超微粉碎技术工艺可提高丹参中成分的提取率,但应注意对重金属及有害元素的检测。Objective: Study on super-micro grinding technology and traditional extraction methods and the quality of salvia extract. Methods: Heavy metal, harmful elements and tanshinone IIA, salvianolic acid B were as an index, Pharmacopoeia method and HPLC were the test methods, comparing salvia crude slices, coarse powder, grinding powder and super-micro grinding powder on the content differences of heavy metal, harmful elements, tanshinone IIA and salvianolic acid B. Results : Super-micro grinding of salvia on extraction rate was significantly higher than crude slices and coarse powder, and heavy metal and harmful el- ements were in keeping with the pharmacopoeia. Conclusion: Technology of super-micro grinding process can improve the salvia extraction rate, but should pay attention to detect heavy metal and harmful elements.
