摘  要:为实现RNA和β-(1,3)-D-葡聚糖的综合提取,通过碱-酶提取法和优化稀碱提取条件,研究了温度、NaOH质量分数对RNA提取的影响.结果表明:温度为100℃,NaOH质量分数为4%时,提取率为7.65%,纯度为70.24%.进一步比较中性蛋白酶和碱性蛋白酶对β-(1,3)-D-葡聚糖提取的影响,发现中性蛋白酶得到的产物较多,纯度较高.实验结果为进一步的工业化生产奠定了基础.The present paper studies the influence of temperature and NaOH concentration on the synthetic extraction of RNA and β-(1,3)-D-Glucan from waste beer yeast. The experiment uses the alkali-enzyme extraction method and optimizes the dilute alkali extraction conditions to bring about the synthetic extraction. The experiment shows that the extraction rate is 7.65% and the degree of purity is 70.24% with a temperature of 100℃and the concentration of NaOH for 4%. Furthermore, the experiment investigates the influence of neutral protease and alkaline protease on the extraction of β-(1,3)-D-Glucan and finds that neutral protease may facilitate more β-(1,3)-D-Glucan of higher purity. It is believed that the experiment results lay a foundation for industrial production.
