摘　　要：目的　通过对小儿化脓性脑膜炎 (简称化脑 )脑脊液 (CSF)中心钠素 (ANP)的测定及其动态观察 ,发现其与化脑临床并发症、病原学及头颅CT影像学改变有一定的相关性。　方法　采用放射免疫法在病程初期及恢复期分别抽取脑脊液测定其心钠素含量。　结果　ANP值在化脑时呈下降趋势 ,其下降水平不同 ,临床所表现出的并发症不同 ,以脑脓肿、脑室管膜炎ANP值最低 ;从病原学上分析肺炎双球菌、嗜血流感杆菌ANP值最低。头颅CT出现脑脓肿、脑积水、脑萎缩为主要表现时ANP值最低。　结论　CSF中ANP含量更直接、更准确地反映脑损伤的程度 ,对临床分析病原、监测病情、估计预后有一定的帮助。Objective To mensurate the level of the ANP in CSF in children's purulent meningitis and its dynamic observation to find out the relationship with the clinical complication pathogency and its brain change in CT. Methods Draw out the CSF in the course of diseases in initial stages and convalescence,adopt the radiative immunological method to mensurate its content. Results The value of ANP in purulent meningitis appear downtrend and depend upon its descended,show us different clinical complication,the lowness is the brain abscess and brain ependymitis,analyse from pathogeny,the lowness is the pneumococcus and sanguinary flu bacilus.In brain CT also show us as the clinical complication. Conclusion The content ANP in CSF is more direct and true reflect the degree of brain trauma and also help us to analyse the pathogeny.
