摘　　要：目的分析总结老年原发性颅内淋巴瘤MRI表现特点,提高对本病诊断准确性。方法回顾性分析11例经手术病理证实的老年原发性颅内淋巴瘤患者的MRI影像特点,全部病例行MR平扫及增强扫描。结果 11例病例中,单发8例,多发3例,共16病灶,其中发生于额叶5个,颞叶3个,额顶叶2个,基底节4个,小脑1个,右侧桥臂1个,其中3例累及胼胝体,T1WI序列为稍低信号者8例,等信号者3例,T2WI为等信号或稍高信号。本组病例病灶肿瘤信号均较均匀,未见出血、囊变及钙化,病灶周围均有轻、中度水肿,多发者病灶较小,水肿较轻,水肿范围与病灶大小不呈比例。增强扫描呈明显团块状或斑片状均匀强化,边界清楚,病灶较大者边缘欠光整,可见分叶及浅脐凹征。结论老年原发性颅内淋巴瘤的MRI表现具有一定的特征性,分析其特点有助于提高术前诊断的准确性。ObjecUve To improve the diagnostic accuracy of Primarily intracal lymphoma in old age by analyzing MRI features. Methods MRI characteristic of Primarily intracal lymphoma in old age in 11 cases were proved pathologically to analyze. All of 11 cases were examed both plain and enhanced MRI scans. Results All of ll cases, single focus in 8, crinosity focus in 3, all of 16 focus, among betide frontal lobe in 5 pieces, temporal lobe in 3 pieces, fronto-apical lobe in 2 pieces, basal ganglia in 4 pieces, cerebellum in 1 piece, right bridge arm 1 piece, callositas was involved 3 cases, 8 cases slightly low signal on T1WI, 3 cases equal signal on TlWI, equal signal or slightly high signal of all cases on T2WI Uniformity signal in All of cases, not to bleed, bag to change and calcification. Light or midrange of dropsy in focus environment, dropsy lightly in pllosity small focus, dropsy scope together with focus size not to submit proportion. Obviously conglomeration or patching uniformity to strengthen, boundary distinct, borderline to owe glossy whole in comparatively large, sublobe and hilar depression. Conclusion Primarily intracal lymphoma in old age in the central nervous system have certain MRI features, which are helpful in preoperative diagnosis.
