摘　　要：随着全球一体化进程的加快,我国的高等教育为了逐步与国际接轨,开展了双语教学。而目前在普通高等医学院校中开展双语教学,在学生外语、教师师资水平、教学条件等方面都存在一定问题;因此,在培养目标明确的情况下,进行双语教学理论和实践的探讨,以便推动双语教学在普通高等医学院校的顺利实施。To follow global integration, higher education gradually connects the rails with international, and putts bilingual teaching into practice. At present there are some problems about the application of bilingual teaching to involve in students＇ English level, teachers＇ level, teaching condition, etc. in ordinary higher institutes. So under the condition of the culture purpose definite, to explore and research theory, practice of bilingual teaching, which can promote bilingual teaching to implement success- fully in ordinary higher institutes.
