摘　　要：本文介绍了安全阀在线校验系统的构成及其工作原理 ,并对系统的重要组成部分—— DSZ1 0 0型数据采集器的研制及处理软件的关键模块的设计进行了较详细的叙述。该系统通过对校验过程中的提升力的实时检测和记录 ,能够自动识别提升力曲线中的开启拐点和回座拐点 ,并计算出安全阀的开启压力和回座压力。This paper presents the constitution and working principle of a saftey valve on line check system,and describes the design of the model DZS100 data collector and the key software module.This safety valve on line check system can perform the real time measurement and record of the lift force,and discriminates the open knee and close knee of a lift force curve automatically as well as calculates the open pressure and close pressure.
