摘　　要：目的探讨64排螺旋CT对胰腺囊性病变的诊断。方法回顾性分析26例经手术和病理确诊的胰腺囊性病变的CT表现。结果胰腺真性囊肿2例，潴留性囊肿1例，囊壁博光滑无结节。假性囊肿11例，其中6例伴有胆管和／或胆囊结石。黏液性囊腺瘤5例．位于胰体尾部．囊腔直径均〉2cm．其中乳头状腔内突起1例，胰周侵犯，淋巴结肿大2例。浆液性囊腺瘤4例．均在胰头部，呈多囊性病灶或蜂窝状3例，囊肿直径〈2cm，囊肿直径〉2cml例，伴壁结节2例。导管乳头状瘤1例．品示主胰管明显扩张，胰头部可见结节影。胰腺脓肿2例。结论64排螺旋CT在显示胰腺囊性病变方面有其优点，对胰腺囊性病变诊断和鉴别诊断有重要价值。：Objective To investigate the value of 64-row spiral CT in the diagnosis of cystic lesions of the pancreas. Methods CT manifestations in 26 patients with pancreatic cystic lesions approved by surgical operation and pathology were analyzed retrospective- ly. Results The lesions included 2 cases of real cysts and 1 case of retention cyct, CT showed the wall of the cysts were thin and smooth, and there were no nodules. There were 11 cases of pseudocysts, in which 6 cases accompanied bile duct and/or gallbladder stones. 5 cases of mucinous cystadenomas were located in body and tail of pancreas, with the diametre of more than 2 cm of cystic cavity; 1 case showed papillary projection into cystic cavity; 2 cases manifested peripancreatic invasion and enlarged lymph nodes. 4 cases of serous cystadenoma were all located in head of pancreas, in which 3 cases appeared muhiple cystic or alveolate with the dia metre of less than 2 cmofcyst; 1 case with the diametre of over 2 cm; 2 cases accompanied nodule with cystic wall. 1 case of ductal papilloma appeared marked dilated main pancreatic duct and showed nodule in head of pancreas. 1 case of lymphoma appeared a cyst ic mass with thickened wall. There were 2 cases of pancreatic abscess. Conclusion 64-row spiral CT can well display the pancreatic cystic lesions and is very helpful for the diagnosis and differentiation of the cystic lesions of the pancreas.
