摘  要:K型热电偶在毫特级的高频磁场环境下测温都可能造成超过100℃的测温误差,电磁场理论分析表明高频磁场环境中K型热电偶偶丝合金端部的涡流效应是造成测温误差的原因。为了校正测温误差,以型号为:KP-I-0.8-GB/T 2614—1998的K型热电偶作为测温传感器,利用空心螺线管产生高频磁场,搭建K型热电偶高频磁场环境测温平台,结合测量结果,采用最小二乘支持向量机算法建立高频磁场环境K型热电偶测温附加温升模型,修正高频磁场涡流效应引起的附加温升的影响。实验结果表明:建立的K型热电偶附加温升模型最大相对误差为8%,能有效修正K型热电偶高频磁场环境测温误差。The measurement error was more than 100℃ when thermocouple was used to measure the tempera- ture under high-frequency magnetic field. Basing on the electromagnetic field theory analysis, it was found that the error was due to eddy-current effect on the metal tip of the thermocouple. Temperature measuring platform of k type thermocouple under high-frequency magnetic field environment was built with hollow solenoid. With the results of measurement, temperature rising model of K type thermocouple under high-frequency magnetic field was set by use of LSSVR in order to amending the influence of the eddy current effect. The test showed that the temperature rising model maximal relative error was 8%, and verify it was effective method to correct the measurement error.
