摘  要:采用固相微萃取(SPME)技术结合气相色谱/质谱(GC/MS)法对焦化废水中的有机物进行了检测和分析。考虑废水中主要的有机物,对影响SPME的参数进行了优化。该方法在所测的范围内具有良好的线性(相关系数>0.99),重复测定的相对标准偏差小于15%,回收率为87.9%~128.1%,定量下限为5μg/L。采用该方法对某焦化厂废水样品中存在的15种具有代表性的有机物进行分析,结果表明,采用SPME预处理方式可比常规方法节省1 h,是一种快速、准确、简便、高效的分析方法。The solid-phase microextraction (SPME) with gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC/MS) were used to determine and analyze organic pollutants in coking wastewater. Based on the fact that the main compounds in the wastewater were organics, some parameters of the SPME were optimized. This method has good linearity ( its correlation coefficients 〉 0. 99 ) in the determination range, its relative standard deviations is less than 15%, and its recovery is from 87.9% to 128.1% with the lowest quantification limit (5 μg/L). This method has been used to measure 15 organic pollutants in wastewater from a eoking plant. The results show that compared with the conventional method, it can save an hour in pretreatment time. It is a fast, accurate, simple and efficient analytical method indeed.
