摘　　要：目的探讨体外受精-胚胎移植中非优质胚胎冷冻的临床价值。方法回顾性分析392例冷冻胚胎移植周期。根据冻存前胚胎质量将其分为优质组和非优质组,比较不同年龄段两组的妊娠率、种植率和流产率。结果 <35岁组,优质胚胎组妊娠率、种植率显著高于非优质胚胎组(P<0.05),两者流产率无显著差异(P>0.05)。≥35岁组,两组妊娠率、种植率、流产率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论选择性非优质胚胎冷冻,有助于提高体外受精-胚胎移植的累积妊娠率,改善临床治疗结局,避免胚胎浪费。Objective. To investigate the clinical value of transferring frozen-thawed non-top quality embryo. Methods. Three hundred and ninety-two frozen-thawed cycles were analyzed retrospectively. All of the embryos were divided into two groups by the quality of embryo, i. e. , top quality and non-top quality. The pregnancy rate, implantation rate and abortion rate were compared between two groups in women with different age. Results： In the women with less than 35 years of age, the pregnancy rate and implantation rate of top quality embryo were significantly higher than those non-top quality embryo. In the women aged 35 years or more than 35 years, there were no differences in pregnancy rate, implantation rate and abortion rate between the two groups. Conclusions： It is useful to transfer frozen-thawed non-top quality embryo for improving the outcome of in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer.
