摘　　要：厚朴是一种毒副作用相对较低的天然药物,具有广泛的生理及药理作用,对G+菌、G-菌、真菌、病毒等均有抑制效果。本文就厚朴对口腔常见的龋病、牙周病和黏膜感染性疾病病原菌的抑菌作用、抑菌机制以及影响抑菌作用的相关因素作一综述。Magnolia has a wide range of physiological and pharmacological functions. It has anti-microbial activity against Gram-positive bacteria, Gram-negative bacteria, fungi, viruses, etc. There is a close relationship be- tween oral diseases and complex microbial communities in the mouth. Relevant studies indicate that magnolia extract has marked antimicrobial activity against oral pathogens. This review introduces present research progress on the anti- microbial activity, antimicrobial mechanism and several relevant influence factors of magnolia against pathogens of caries, periodontal diseases and oral mucosa infections.
