摘　　要：骨母细胞瘤是一种少见的成骨性肿瘤,约占原发性骨肿瘤的1%﹪,好发于脊柱附件,其次为长管状骨.近期我院经诊１例胸11椎体骨母细胞瘤术后不全瘫,现报道如下.Osteoblastoma is a rare bone tumor, accounting for about 1% of primary bone tumors. Its predilection site is spine attachment, with long tubular bones followed by. Recently a patient with incomplete paralysis after a surgery of osteoblastoma of 1 lth thoracic vertebrae attachement has been treated and it is reported as follows.
