摘　　要：目的:借鉴德国药品监管的经验,完善我国的药品监管工作。方法:对德国药品监管的体系与运作进行分析,找到德国在药品监管方面的突出特点。结果与结论:借鉴发达国家药品监管经验,对于完善我国药品监管有非常重要的意义。Objective： Referenced with the experiences from drug supervision in Germany, to improve drug supervision in China. Method： By analyzing the system of drug supervision in Germany and its working process, to find the conspicuous features in drug supervision in Germany. Results and conclusion： Referenced with the experiences from drug supervision in Germany has significant meaning in improvement of drug supervision in China
