摘  要:高校青年体育教师科研能力的高低对高校的持续发展至关重要。然而在高校的体育教学建设中,科研与教学并重的特点使很多青年教师面临着巨大的压力和挑战。培养青年体育教师的科研能力需要多方面的合作和协调,高校应制定相关的倾斜政策,加强对青年教师的人文关怀,提供相应的科研配套设施,激发青年体育教师搞科研的兴趣;提供更多的科研机会,挖掘其科研潜力,达到培养提高科研能力的目的。The scientific research capabilities of young college physical education(PE) teachers are critical to the continued development of colleges.However,when colleges develop their PE subjects,they value both scientific research and teaching,posing a challenge to many young teachers.This article reveals the major existing problems in the fostering of scientific research capabilities in young college PE teachers,and analyzes the reasons behind it.A valid mechanism for encouraging such capabilities,which will require the cooperation of many parties,is also discussed.The colleges need to take measures to respect the ideas and values of the teachers,provide necessary facilities for scientific research,inspire their interests,provide more research opportunities,and help them to realize their full potential.
