摘　　要：目的:了解肿瘤医院护士化疗职业防护行为现状,为提高护士化疗职业防护水平提供依据。方法:采用"护理人员化疗职业防护情况调查问卷"对892名肿瘤医院护士进行调查。结果:护士化疗职业防护行为得分为3.72～100.00(50.06±23.20)分,平均分在合格线下;河南省三级医院护士的化疗操作评分、意外暴露处理评分、污染物处理评分和防护行为总评分高于市三级和市二级医院,市二级医院废弃物处理评分低于省三级和市三级医院,差别均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:肿瘤医院护士的化疗职业防护行为现状不容乐观,管理者和从业者要重视并采取行之有效的措施,将护士的职业危害降至最低,保证其职业安全。Objective： To investigate the status of nurses in chemotherapy occupational protection behavior in cancer hospital in order to provide reference for improving the occupational protection level of nurses. Methods： 892 nurses in the cancer hospitals were investigated with the occupational defence questionnaires of nurses in handling antineoplastic drugs. Results： The overall score of nurses in chemotherapy occupational protection behavior was 3.72~100.00 （50.06±23.20）, which was under the eligibility grade. The score of nurses protection behavior in the provincial Grade III cancer hospital was higher than that of municipal Grade III and Grade II cancer hospital in preparing and administrating injection of antineoplastic drugs, dealing with the accidental exposure and pollutants.while the score of pollutants disposal of nurses in the municipal Grade II cancer hospital was statistically lower （P〈0.01） than that of nurses in the provincial and municipal Grade III cancer hospita. Conclusion： The status of chemotherapy occupational protection behavior of nurses in the cancer hospitals is not optimistic. Managers and practitioners should attach importance to it, take effective measures to reduce the occupational harm to a minimum and ensure the safety of occupation.
