摘 要:目的:比较我国和菲律宾护生的职业价值观,为我国护理教育改革提供思路。方法:采用NPVS-R(2004)对中国福建卫生职业技术学院和菲律宾东方大学护理学院的新生、应届护生的职业价值观进行现况调查。结果:双方护理新生职业价值观的得分没有统计学差异,但是双方护理毕业生职业价值观的得分与新生存在统计学差异,菲方毕业生比中方更接近护理伦理准则。结论:职业教育是培养职业价值观的一个关键因素,早期、持续的,承担多角色护理工作的工学结合人才培养模式有利于保持护生的正确职业价值观。Objective: To compare nursing student's professional values in China and Philippines and to provide reference for teaching reform in China. Methods: A four-group comparative design was used to compare the professional values of fresh nursing students and graduating students between FHC (Fujian Health College, China) and UERM (University of East Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Center, Philippines) by Nurses Professional Values Scale-Revised (NPVS-R). Results: The NPVS-R scores of fresh students between FHC and UERM had no significant difference, but the scores of graduating students between two colleges were significantly different. The scores of graduating students in UERM were closer to nursing professional standards than those in FHC. Conclusion: Vocational education is a key factor in forming nursing professional values. Talent training scheme which begin early, continue in the whole nursing vocational process, and provide different types of nursing roles for students ,is benefit to maintain nursing students' proper professional values.
