摘　　要：目的:定量了解住院患者的基础护理需求,为合理评估护理工作量、配置护理人员提供参考。方法:采用工时测定法对住院患者所需的基础护理服务项目进行测量,收集并计算单项护理操作的平均时间和不同护理级别患者每日所需基础护理平均时间。结果:实施责任制整体护理会增加临床护士的工作量,不同护理级别的患者所需基础护理服务量明显不同。结论:医疗机构应合理配置护理人员,以满足患者需求,保证护理服务质量。Objective： To explore the basic nursing needs of inpatients in order to give a reference to assess workload and allocate nurse staffing appropriately. Methods： Workingtime measurement was used and the time of each basic nursing practice was measured by stopwatches. Data were collected and calculated in order to get the mean value of each item about nursing practice and patients＇ grades. Results： The working model of primary holistic nursing could increase the nurses＇ workload and there was a big difference between the patients with different grades on basic nursing practice. Conclusion： Nurse staffing should be allocated appropriately to meet patients＇ needs and insure nursing care quality.
