摘　　要：目的评价粗针穿刺活检在乳腺癌诊断中的价值。方法 196例可疑乳腺肿块患者,术前行乳腺肿块粗针穿刺活检(Core needle biopsy,CNB),标本送石蜡切片病理检查,确诊为乳癌者行根治手术;CNB结果阴性者术中肿块切除冰冻活检确诊后决定手术方式。结果 196例患者中,CNB阳性结果158例,阴性38例,其中5例术中冰冻证实为假阴性,没有假阳性结果。CNB诊断的敏感性96.9%,特异性100%。结论伴有乳腺肿块的乳癌CNB诊断的准确率高,无假阳性结果,为乳癌术前诊断或新辅助治疗提供可靠依据。Objective To explore the diagnostic value of core-need biopsy（CNB）in breast cancer.Methods 196 patients with suspicious breast mass were performed with CNB by automatic biopsy gun and the results were compared with that of postoperative pathology.Results In 196 cases,158 cases were positive,38 cases were negative.5 cases were false negative.There was no false positive.The positive rate of CNB was 96.9%.Conclusion CNB is a safe,accurate and 1 ess traumatic procedure for diagnosis of breast cancer with mass.It offered reliable evidence to the diagnosis before operation of breast cancer and neuadjuvent chemotherapy.
