摘　　要：控制图是一种显示在一段时间内所记录的数据及该数据变化情况的图示工具,主要用来判断过程是否处于稳定状态。文章运用均值—极值控制图在条码印刷品检测中应用,解决条码质检站现行的质量控制和质量保证措施周期间隔问题,变"事后质量控制"为"事先质量监控",把影响检测质量的诸多因素消灭在萌芽状态,以维护检测数据的准确性和科学性。Control chart is a kind of graphic tools that shows data recorded in a period of time and their changes, which is mainly used for judging whether the inspection process is in a stable state, By application of extremum average control chart in barcode print inspection, the essay aims to address the problem of period interval between quality control and quality assurance measures in barcocle inspection station, changing＂delayed quality monitoring＂ into＂ quality monitoring in advance＂. Therefore, the accuracy and scientific nature of data inspection can be achieved, for many factors that affect inspection are solved in advance.
