摘  要:目的观察不同种类烤瓷牙金属基底冠浸提液对人牙龈成纤维细胞中MMP-2、MMP-13表达水平的影响。方法制备镍铬、钴铬、纯钛和金合金浸提液,改良组织块法培养人牙龈成纤维细胞,1、6、12、24h分别收集四种浸提液处理后的细胞上清液,ELISA法测定MMP-13表达水平。结果镍铬合金、钴铬合金组MMP-13表达水平高于其他实验组和阴性对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义;纯钛、金合金组MMP-13表达水平与阴性对照组比较(p>0.05)差异无统计学意义。结论镍铬合金、钴铬合金上调MMP-13表达水平,对人牙龈成纤维细胞损伤大;纯钛、金合金具有良好的生物相容性。[ Objective ] To observe the effects of different types of base metal alloy crown extract on human gingival fibroblast MMP- 2, MMP- 13 expression. [ Methods ] Nickel chrome alloy, cobalt chromium alloy, titanium and gold platinum alloy metal extracts were prepared. Human gingival fibroblasts were cultured by using improved vitro celture method. Supernates were collected 1, 6, 12, 24 hours after stimulated by four metal extracts respectively. ELISA method was used to exam the MMP -2, MMP - 13 expression. [ Results ] The expression of MMP -2, MMP - 13 in nickel chrome alloy, cobalt chromium alloy group was significantly higher than that of other experiment group and control group (P 〈0.05). No statistical significance was fouynd between the expression of MMP-2, MMP- 13 in titanium , gold platinum alloy group and the control group ( P 〉 0.05 ). [ Conclusion ] nickel chrome alloy and cobalt chromium alloy increase human gingival fibroblast MMP -2, MMP - 13 expression. Titanium and gold platinum alloy have good biocompatibility.
