摘　　要：髓系细胞触发受体-1(triggering receptor expressed on myeloid cells-1,TREM-1)是选择性表达于中性粒细胞、成熟的单核/巨噬细胞上的免疫球蛋白样受体,与其配体交联后能显著增强Toll样受体激发的炎症反应。TREM-1在急性炎症性疾病中的作用已较明确,其在慢性炎症及癌症中的作用也在被认识,本综述对TREM-1的结构特征、信号通路及表达调控进行了总结,并着重探讨其在相关疾病中的诊断和治疗价值。The triggering receptor expressed on myeloid cells（TREM）-1 is an immunoreceptor selected expressed on neutrophils,mature monocytes and macrophages.TREM-1 activation by receptor cross-linking has been shown to amplify inflammatory responses initiated by Toll like receptors.The implication of TREM-1 in acute inflammatory diseases has been better understood while the role of TREM-1 during chronic inflammatory conditions,as well as during cancer,remains to be explained.This review summarizes TREM-1 structure,signal pathway and expression and highlights its diagnostic and therapeutic values in related diseases.
