心理疏导对护士身心健康的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨心理疏导对护士身心健康的影响。方法将60名护士随机分为实验组和对照组各30名，实验组根据护士情况给予心理疏导，对照组不做任何干预。比较心理疏导前后两组护士身心健康状况。结果心理疏导前两组护士的身心健康评分比较（P〉0．05），差异无统计学意义；心理疏导1个月后，两组护士的身心健康评分相比较（P〈0．01），差异有统计学意义。结论心理疏导能改善护士身心健康状况。Objective To explore the influence of psychological counseling on physical and mental health of nurses. Methods Sixty nurses were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, each group had 30 eases. Experimental group was received psychological counseling according to the situation of nurses, and control group was not given any intervention. The physical and mental health of the nurses of two groups was compared before and after psychological counseling. Results The scores of the physical and mental health of the nurses before psychological counseling was not significantly different （ P 〉 0. 05 ） . After psychological counseling one month, and the scores of the physical and mental health of the two groups were significantly different, Conclusions Psychological counseling can improve the physical and mental health of nurses.
