摘 要:开发先进制造装备、提高现有制造装备的能力和利用率 ,是提高制造企业效益的有效措施之一。从可重组角度探讨了制造装备的组成部分和接口问题。讨论了加工中心和机器人的功能和结构的同异。阐述了压力配合插入装配作业的要求。为了保证作业质量、提高作业效率 ,针对插入装配特别是压力配合插入装配要求 ,阐述了可重组的机器人化加工中心和机器人化钻削 /装配机床的设计特点。介绍了两种可重组机器人化机床样机的建造 ;Developing advanced manufacturing equipments and improving capability and utility of available manufacturing equipments, are one of the effective measures for improving the benefit of manufacturing enterprices. Consisting parts and interface issues of manufacturing equipments are probed from the angle of reconfiguration. Similarities and differences between machining center and robot are discussed. Requirments for force fit insertion assembly operation are explained. Assembly is the down stream operation of manufacturing processes, which has decisive influence on the quality of products, and most assembly operations are insertion operations. In order to assure operation quality and improve the efficiency, being aimed at the requirments of insertion,especially,at the force fit insertion, design features of reconfigurable robotized machining center and robotized drilling/assembly machine tool are explained. Building of the two prototypes are introduced and some experimental results are given.
