摘　　要：在目前的高校党建工作运行模式下,由于党员考察机制、教育机制和监督机制存在局限,高校发展学生党员的数量在不断上升,但质量却不能保证,其根本原因是高校学生党员监督机制不健全甚至缺失。运用圆点移动理论构建高校发展学生党员的评价体系和监督体系,并建立相应的数学模型,对入党积极分子、预备党员和党员的评价从定性评价转化为定性评价与定量评价相结合,能取得较好的效果。In the current operational mode of CCP building in university, as there exist some limitations of the inspection, education and monitoring mechanisms, the number of new CCP members in is on the rise, but the quality is not guaranteed, and the fundamental reason is that the monitoring mechanism for college student Party members is not perfect or even missing. The dot-moving theory is used to build the evaluation and monitoring systems of recruiting college student Party members and a corresponding mathematical model to assess the activists for the Party, the probationary Party members and the Party members from the qualitative evaluation to the combination of qualitative evaluation with quantitative evaluation, which can result in better results.
