摘 要:目的用快速处理血样的方式测定血锂离子(Li+)浓度,对比临床上传统血Li+浓度监测的可靠性。方法快速处理的血清、血浆标本之间及与传统处理的血清样本在相同条件下配对检测Li+浓度,同时与处理方式及时间不同的样本进行比较。结果对于Li+药物浓度检测:快速处理血清组与传统处理血清组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05),与快速处理血浆组及快速离心但不分离血浆组比较,结果均有显著性差异(P<0.05);快速处理血浆组与传统处理血浆组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05),与传统处理血清组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论传统标本处理模式用于Li+药物浓度监测准确可靠;肝素钠抗凝可导致血Li+浓度升高,临床应慎用。Objective To investigate the reliability of lithium(Li+) concentration measurement by comparing rapid-treatment blood sample and traditional monitoring method.Methods The Li+ concentrations of serum and plasma by both rapid-treatment sample method and traditional processing sample method were assayed with the same condition,and comparison was also conducted among samples of different processing time and processing methods.Results For the Li+ concentration measurement: there was no significant difference between rapid-treatment serum group and traditional serum group(P0.05),but rapid-treatment serum group compared with rapid-treatment plasma group and after centrifugation without separation plasma group,there were significantly difference(P0.05).Rapid-treatment plasma group was significantly different from traditional serum group(P0.05),but was not significantly different from traditional plasma group(P0.05).Conclusion The traditional sample processing for Li+ monitoring is reliable and effective.Heparin sodium can induce Li+ concentration increasing,which should draw clinical attention.
