摘　　要：文章结合新医改方案的指导精神,依据四川省民族地区政府卫生投入调查资料,分析政府卫生投入机制、总量、结构、重点、方式等问题,提出增加民族地区卫生投入总量、优化卫生投入结构、改善卫生投入绩效的建议。According to the spirit of medical and health reform and the survey data from Siehuan Province, mechanism, volume, structure, focus, methods and other issues of health financial compensation are analyzed; advices on increasing the total amount, optimizing the structure and improving the performance of health spending are proposed.
