摘　　要：近年来,农业文化遗产保护受到社会各界广泛关注,越来越多的学者加入到该领域研究中来,"保护什么"与"怎样保护"始终是农业文化遗产保护研究的核心问题,国内学者纷纷基于各自的研究领域和专长提出了不同见解,但始终未能形成共识。本文通过对农业文化遗产及相关概念发展演进的系统梳理,和对我国农业文化遗产保护实践中保护对象扩展过程的考察,澄清了"农业文化遗产保护什么"这个问题;并从体制创新和方法创新两方面探讨了"怎样保护农业文化遗产"的问题。In recent years, agro-cuhural heritage protection has been widespread concern in the com- munity, a growing number of scholars come in this study areas. ＂What is protected＂ has always been the core issue of the agro-cultural heritage protection theory, and ＂How to protect＂ is also. Domestic scholars have pro- posed different understandings based on their respective areas of research. But it has been unable to reach a consensus. In this paper, first, the development and evolution of the agricultural heritage and related concepts systematically analyze, inspection of the expansion process of the object of protection of China＇s agro-cuhural heritage conservation practice, to clarify ＂What is agro-cuhural heritage＂. Second, answered ＂How to protect the agro-cuhural heritage＂ from institutional innovation and innovative approaches.
