摘　　要：目的探讨神经系统肿瘤术后下肢深静脉血栓的诊断及处理。方法对术后下肢深静脉形成血栓的40例患者进行早期诊断、治疗。结果40例患者经过治疗痊愈35例，出现肺栓塞5例，死亡2例。结论对神经系统肿瘤术后形成深静脉血栓患者进行早期干预，预防肺栓塞，是患者康复的关键。Objective To study the diagnosis and treatment of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis caused by nervous system tumor surgery. Methods Forty patients with lower extremity deep venous thrombosis caused by nervous system tumor surgery were early diagnosed and treated. Results Thirty-five patients were cured, 5 cases occured pulmonary infarction and 2 cases died. Conclusions Early intervention, prevention of pulmonary embolism is the key to the recovery of patients with postoperative deep venous thrombosis.
