关于借助合力提升中小企业转型升级能力的思考——以河南中小企业为例

摘　　要：借助合作力量既是现阶段河南中小企业摆脱生存困境的有效手段,也是提升转型升级能力的重要途径。中小企业要积极嵌入区域产业分工协作网络,推动合作创新、合作融资、合作营销的发展,合力创建区域品牌等等,通过打造长久稳定的合作关系,在合作共赢过程中提升自己的转型升级的能力。同时,政府也要对以往的转型升级政策作出适当调整,培育中小企业合作共赢理念,构筑合作平台,引导并推动中小企业转型升级。At the present stage, cooperation is not only an effective means to get rid of the existing predicament, but also an important way to promote the ability of transformation and upgrading for Henan SMEs. Small and medium - sized enterprises should actively embed themselves into the networks of regional division and cooperation; promote cooperation innovation, develop cooperation financing and cooperation marketing, and work together to create regional brands and so on. By creating long - term and stable cooperation relations, SMEs promote their ability of transformation and upgrading in the process of cooperation win -win. Meanwhile, to drive SMEs transformation and upgrading, the government should adjust the previous policies of transformation and upgrading, foster cooperation and win - win concept, and build platforms for cooperation.
