摘　　要：信息时代,人才流动日趋国际化,国内的用人机制也日益灵活、机动。在严峻的就业形势下,高等学校学生档案的诚信度受到了越来越密切的关注。本文结合工作实际,从学生管理和档案管理入手,研究高等学校学生诚信档案的建设问题,以期对高校学生管理部门、档案部门建立学生诚信档案工作能够起到积极的作用。Along with the international migration of human resources,talent administrative and employing mechanisms become more and more flexible and variable in this information era.The credit of college stu- dent＇s archives has got extensive attention because of the severe employment competition in this period. Based on practical work of college students and Archives management,this paper focus on some issues for college students＇credit Archives construction,aiming at providing some advices on how to enhance the con- struction of credit Archives system for student management department and archives in college.
