摘 要:目的:研究缺氧诱导因子-1α(hypoxia inducible factor-1alpha,HIF-1α)与缺氧诱导因子-2α(hypoxia inducible factor-2alpha,HIF-2α)在宫颈癌组织中的表达和相关性。方法:免疫组织化学染色方法检测宫颈癌组织中HIF-1α与HIF-2α的表达。用SPSS统计软件分析HIF-1α与HIF-2α在宫颈癌组织中的相关性。结果:原位癌组、浸润癌组HIF-1α蛋白阳性表达率分别为57.7%、78.6%;HIF-2α蛋白阳性表达率分别为65.4%、85.7%,宫颈癌组织中HIF-1α阳性表达得分为1.56±1.60,HIF-2α阳性表达得分为4.51±1.04,HIF-1α和HIF-2α蛋白的表达呈显著正相关(rs=0.855,P<0.05)。结论:宫颈原发癌、浸润癌中,HIF-1α、HIF-2α表达与宫颈癌临床病理特征有密切关系,且两者表达呈显著正相关,两者在宫颈癌的发生发展及浸润转移过程中可能起协同作用。Objective To investigate the different expression and relativity between HIF-1α and HIF-2α in cervical cancer tissues. Methods The expression of HIF-1α and HIF-2α in cervical cancer tissues was evaluated by immunohistoehemistry method. With SPSS software do differences significant analysis and correlation analysis. Results The positive expressions of HIF-1α were 57.7% ,78.6% in carcinoma in situ and infiltrating carcinoma. The positive expressions of HIF-2a were 65.4% ,85.7% in carcinoma in situ and infiltrating carcinoma. The expression score of HIF-1α and HIF-2α in cervical cancer tissues was 1.56±1.60 and 4.51±1.04 respectiviely. The expression of HIF-1α and HIF-1α in Cervical cancer was positively correlated (r= 0.855,P 〈 0.05). Conclusion In the occurrence of cervical cancer in the process of development and metastasis HIF-1α and HIF- 2α may play synergy effect.
