摘　　要：中医药是中华医学与文化的瑰宝,随着当代医学科学的迅猛发展,中医药面临着日趋严峻的挑战与竞争,中医药要保持自身的永恒魅力必须适应时代的需要进行发展与创新,而中医药的发展与创新离不开中医药创新型人才。作者结合近10年来国内中医药创新型人才研究的情况,分析我国及广西在中医药创新型人才引进、培养、管理和使用的现状和问题,提出广西中医药创新型人才未来的发展方向。Traditional Chinese medicine is the treasure of the Chinese medicine and culture. With the rapid development of modern medical science, traditional Chinese medicine is facing the serious challenge and competition day by day. Traditional Chinese medicine has to meet the need for development and innovation to keep their own eternal charm, and it＇ s rely on the innovative talents. Reviewing the research route of domestic Chinese medicine innovative talents in the recent 10 years, exploring its main problems in research of the introduction, cultivation and management and use, analyzing its research results, and exploring the future research direction of traditional Chinese medicine in Guangxi innovation talent management,all have a very important significance to promote the development of the cause of Guangxi traditional Chinese medicine.
