摘　　要：在我看来，作为临床医生，要懂得感受患者的处境，将自己放在患者的位置去思考问题。这样很多想法和态度就会有所不同。处理事情的出发点也会不一样了。Luoyang Ninth People Hospital signed a trusteeship contract with Hongkong Oland Healthcare Group recently,and thus became the rst public hospital to try trusteeship business model in 14 public hospitals which have carried out ownship reform in Luoyang city. After research and discussion, the Ninth People Hospital has decided to separate the management from the ownership,which means the ownership and nature of the hospital cannot be changed,and Oland Healthcare Group will be responsible for the investment in hospital's sustainable development and the operation,while the total income of the hospital will cover the operation cost.
