摘　　要：运用SWOT理论分析高校学科建设面临的优势、劣势、机会和威胁,提出应采取的竞争策略,运用质量功能展开对竞争策略方案进行竞争性评估和优先排序,利用TRIZ理论来解决存在于SWOT和QFD矩阵中的矛盾冲突问题,制定出符合自身条件和社会需求、合理有效且主次有序的高校学科建设竞争策略。By applying SWOT theory,this paper analyzes the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of university discipline construction,and proposes suitable competitive strategies and makes competitive evaluation and priority ordering of the strategies by applying Quality Function Distribution（QFD）.It also applies TRIZ to solve the conflicts between SWOT and QFD so as to promote effective and reasonable competitive strategies of university discipline construction that can meet the needs of both the university and society.
