摘　　要：概括介绍了微型计算机在材料和热处理领域的应用。论述了微型计算机在材料设计计算和辅助设计、数据处理与材料性能预测、热处理工艺过程控制和数学模型研究以及热处理生产的计算和辅助管理等方面的应用。对多重控制微机系统及微机数字模拟仿真技术,热处理网络化做了阐述。In this paper, the application and development of microcomputers were described, such as microcomputer de- sign calculation and computer aided design, data processing and predicting properties after heat treating, the controlling and monitoring the heat treatment processes, study on mathematical models, microcomputer calculation and assisted manage- ment in the production of heat treatment. Multiple controlled microcomputer system and microcomputer digital simulation technology, and realization of network of heat treatment were also introduced.
