神经妥乐平联合血液透析滤过治疗尿毒症周围神经病变疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察神经妥乐平与血液透析滤过联合应用对尿毒症血液透析患者周围神经病变的疗效。方法将44例尿毒症周围神经病变患者随机分为两组,对照组给予常规血液透析2次/周,血液透析滤过1次/周,并补充维生素治疗;治疗组在此基础上给予神经妥乐平7.2 Nu加入0.9%氯化钠溶液250 ml静脉滴注,3次/周,共8周,观察患者治疗前后临床症状和体征及胫、腓神经的感觉神经传导速度。结果治疗组显效12例,有效7例,无效3例;对照组显效8例,有效6例,无效8例,两组疗效间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者的胫、腓神经感觉神经传导速度间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组患者的胫、腓神经感觉神经传导速度间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论神经妥乐平与血液透析滤过联合应用能显著改善尿毒症患者的周围神经病变,且疗效优于血液透析联合血液透析滤过治疗。Objectives To observe the therapeutic effects of neurotropin combined with hemodiafiltration on peripheral neuropathy（PN） in uremia and hemodialysis patients.Methods 44 PN patients were randomly divided into groups control（administrated routine hemodialysis twice a week,hemodiafiltration once a week and vitamin supplement therapy） and treatment（given neurotropin,7.2 Nu,diluted with 250 ml of 0.9% sodium chloride solution,iv gtt,3 times/week）.The treatments lasted 8 weeks.Clinical symptoms,signs,sensory nerve conduction velocity（SNCV） of tibial and peroneal nerves were observed before and after treatment.Results After treatment,marked effect was noted in 12 cases,effect in 7,no effect in 3 in treatment group,and 8,6,8 in control group respectively.The difference was significant（P0.05）.The difference in sensory nerve conduction velocity of tibial nerve and peroneal nerve was not significant before treatment（P0.05）,but after treatment it turned significant（P0.05）.Conclusions Neurotropin combined with hemodiafiltration,which can improve remarkably the PN symptoms,is superior to hemodialysis combined with hemodiafiltration.
